Job Description

Overview:We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of server-side code modeled on microservice architecture using front-end development using ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript ES6 The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in building scalable and reliable systems.

Responsibilities:

    • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Experience of integrating with RESTful or other web services
    • Good Understanding of browser compatibility.
    • Developing scalable, reusable components and front-end library
    • Translating UI designs and UX wireframes into high-quality codes using ReactJS
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) as a Lead Engineer or similar role, with a focus on ReactJS and Microservices.
  • Must be experienced in requirement analysis, preparing High-Level and Low-Level designs, creating data models, Sequence diagrams.
  • Advanced proficiency in, GIT for efficient development and version control.
  • Understanding of Microservices, Java, SQL (MySQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience in building infrastructure for serving front-end applications and assets.
  • Proficiency in architecting and automating the build process for production using task runners or scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
